Sportsmen and sportswomen increase their energy with andullation
In order to deliver a specific effort, such as speed, strength or stamina, the muscle cells use various mechanisms in order to produce the body's necessary energy (ATP). When these active muscles are used more intensively, they will at a certain point get tired, seize up and cramp, which goes with a stabbing pain. To avoid these problems, appropriate exercise must be carried out. By starting to produce more energy (ATP), the muscles are trined to increase the excretion of lactic acid but primarily to limit the loss of sodium through the muscle membranes. Sodium (Na+) is specifically responsible for the sensitivity of muscle cells to receiving signals from the brain that tell the muscles how they have to move. By andullating your muscles, the production of energy (ATP) is activated (see ‘More Information’). Andullation is therefore an ideal method for normalising for increasing your energy (ATP) in the muscles.
